#AnambraDecides: PMB Seeks Voters Support For Nwoye, APC Confident of Victory

President Muhammadu Buhari has assured the people of the south east of his administration’s determination to ensure their infrastructural deficit is fixed as soon as the 2018 budget is passed into law.

The president made the disclosure at the final campaign rally of the all progressives Congress candidate in this Saturday’s governorship poll in anambra state ,Tony nwoye held at the Alex Ekwueme centre awka.

Buhari who explained that his government has demonstrated much commitment to the security and welfare of every Nigerians enjoined the people of anambra to vote for the apc candidate come Saturday.

Buhari while maintaining that the south east will benefit from the budget a whole lot urged them to work assiduously with his government and shun all vices capable of causing unrest in the nation.

Also speaking, the National Chairman of the apc, john oyegun appealed to anambrarians to come out enmasse and vote Tony Nwoye as the next governor for the state to benefit immensely from the central.

Governor oluwarotimi akeredolu of ondo State along with eleven other state governors as well as 18 serving ministers and top members of the party were in attendance at the event.

The APC Candidate, Dr Tony Nwoye said his vision is to build an economically viable, safe and prosperous Anambra State where commercial and industrial business enterprises would flourish.

He added that he would ensure an enduring and prosperous future for the people of Anambra, predicated on the vibrancy of the youths, the experience of the elders and the unifying grace of the women to harness the states vast human capital and material natural resources to make Anambra state truly the light of the nation.

The NANS President stated that his administration would invest in the revitalization of Primary Healthcare services in the state and also staff and equip them for efficiency.

The APC Flagbearer who promised massive employment opportunities for the teeming youths of the state, added that his administration would provide the necessary incentives through training and material support, to showcase the comparative advantages in agriculture, such that the youths would venture into different cadres of farming.

Nwoye however, stated that if elected, his administration will strengthen the security architecture of the state by providing enhanced support and cooperation with all security agencies and local Vigilante outfits.

High point of the event was the defection of the son of the late ikemba of nnewi, chuckwuemeka ojukwu junior from the all progressive grand alliance to the apc.

Foremost leaders of Anambra State like former governor of old Anambra State, Chef Jimi Nwobodo, former Senate President, Chief Ken Nnamani promised to ensure that Anambra State returned to the mainstream of national politics in Nigeria.

While charging Anambarians to vote massively for the candidate of the ruling party at the centre, the Chairman of APC Governorship Campaign organisation who is also the Governor of Bauchi State, Alhaji Mohammed Abubakar said victory for Tony Nwoye this Saturday would activate sustainable development for Anambra and the entire South East.

Speaking on behalf of the Progressive Governors Forum, its Chairman, the Governor of Imo State, Owelle Rochas Okorocha said Anambarians should use the opportunity of Saturday governorship election in the state to appreciate the hands of fellowship, President Buhari stretched to the Southeast within his two-day visit to the region by ensuring that Tony Nwoye wins the election.
