Osun PDP expels Babayemi after supreme court ruling

The People’s Democratic Party in Osun State has expelled Dotun Babayemi from the party

This coming few hour after the judgement of the Supreme Court which ruled in favour of Ademola Adeleke as the party’s candidate in the gubernatorial primary election.

The state caretaker chairman of the party Adekunle Akindele stated this in a statement made available to newsmen in Osogbo, the state capital.

Akindele notes that any member of the party who continue to associate with Babayemi after the expulsion will be sanctioned for anti-party and dealt with in accordance with party’s constitution.

The caretaker chairman therefore commends the judiciary for delivering justice in the case.
