Police deny herdsmen invasion, killing of 20 in Enugu community

The Nigeria police force has denied reports that 20 persons were killed during herdsmen invasion of Enugu community Today.

In a statement by police public relations office Enugu state, Ebere Amaraizu, describes the report as false and misleading.

The police further urge the public to disregard the reports as no incident of such took place in Enugu state.

It says the incident referring to, is old story which occurred a long time ago in Nimbo Uzo-Uwani local government area.
