Buratai commends troop for repelling boko haram attack in Adamawa

The chief of army staff, Lieutenant general Tukur Buratai, has commended troops of operation Lafiya dole for displaying great roles in repelling boko haram attack in Michike, Adamawa state.

Buratai made the commendation during an operational visit to troops of 155 and 143 task force battalion at Michika and Lassa.

He was represented by the acting general officer commanding GOC 7 division and commander sector 1, operation lafiya dole a the events.

The chief of army staff said the troops successfully repelled attempt by the insurgents to attack the community.

Buratai also urged commanders of the battalion to give purposeful leadership in other to achieve the desired goal of defeating Boko haram.
