Tompolo Calls for Tinubu’s Second Term, Donates 25 Vehicles for Mobilisation
The convener of the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement, Government Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, has called for the re-election of President Bola Tinubu, saying the President deserves another four-year term to consolidate his administration’s reforms.
Tompolo made the call during the inauguration of the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement in Ekiti State, where he donated 25 vehicles to strengthen grassroots mobilisation for the President’s re-election.
Represented by the Managing Director of Tantita Security Services Limited, Kestin Pondi, Tompolo said the vehicles and other resources were provided to support Governor Oyebanji and the movement’s campaign activities across the state.
He described Tinubu as a courageous leader who prioritised Nigeria’s interests by introducing economic reforms shortly after assuming office in May 2023.
Tompolo said the movement would collaborate with political leaders to take the President’s campaign to households and communities across Ekiti State.
Pondi added that the newly inaugurated state chapter was prepared to provide the necessary support for campaign activities whenever required.
In his remarks, Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji, commended Tompolo for providing resources to strengthen the campaign, describing the movement as a strategic partner in efforts to secure a second term for President Tinubu.
Oyebanji said the performance of the Tinubu administration had earned the confidence of the people of Ekiti State, adding that they were convinced the President should be given another term to complete his transformative programmes.
The governor also praised the door-to-door mobilisation strategy, noting that it would enable campaigners to communicate the achievements of the administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda directly to residents and communities.
