Fayemi appoints two new tutors general

The Ekiti State Governor, Dr. Kayode Fayemi has approved the appointment of new Tutors-General (TG) into the State Teaching Service Commission.

The Tutors-General Mrs. Adesola Ogunkorode and Mrs. Omowumi Adewumi are for the Ekiti North and Ekiti South Senatorial Districts where two officials just retired.

Until their appointments, Mrs. Ogunkorode was the Principal of Ijanmodu Grammar School, Ijan-Ekiti while Mrs. Adewumi was the Director of Planning,Research and Statistics department (DPR&S) of TESCOM.

The governor congratulated the appointees, charging them to brace up for the challenges ahead of them in this position of higher responsibility.

He advised them to key into the educational development agenda and values orientation of the present administration.
