Ondo APC senatorial aspirant rejects results, describes primary as charade

One of the contenders in the APC Ondo north senatorial primary election, Alexander Ajipe has rejected the outcome of exercise which produces Jide Ipinsagba.

Ajipe described the primary election as charade.

He told newsmen in Akure that the delegates list used for the exercise was doctored by the organisers.

Ajipe alleged that the list was not made available to aspirants before and after the primary election.

The director general, Alex Ajipe campaign organization, Tolu Babaleye said his principal will take legal action, if the result of the primary election is not reviewed.

Babaleye called on Governor Rotimi Akeredolu and APC chairman in Ondo state as well as the national officer who conducted the exercise to do the needful within the time frame.
