FOMWAN Hails Adaba FM for churning out balanced reportage

The new executives of Federation of Muslim Women Association of Nigeria (FOMWAN) have hailed Adaba FM for supporting women and giving them equal coverage and projection in the society.

The Association made this known during a courtesy visit to solicit support for the world hijab day scheduled for February 1, 2022.

The general secretary of the association, Doctor Sidikat Shodehinde explained that the essence of the program is to sensitize the public on the meaning and purpose of hijab.

In his response, the general manager of Adaba FM, Sir Martins Ayoola appreciated the association for their role in the society while appealing to them to seize every opportunity to enlighten the public on the dangers of religious extremism.

The association executives were led by the President Alhaja Medinat Omikunle, in company of the general secretary, Doctor Sidikat Shodehinde, Vice President Muhibat Fadola and media ambassador Fatima Muriana.
