NBTE applauds ACAVATS for impacting positively on society
The National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) officials have paid an inspection and accreditation visit to Africa College of Agriculture, Vocational and Technical Studies (ACAVATS) in Akure, Ondo state capital
The team leader, Dr. Koko Hakim, lauded the founder of the institution for their interest in impacting positively on society in areas of innovation, promising to partner with them.
He commended the authority of ACAVATS for their preparedness for the take off of the innovation Enterprise institutions (IEIs).
The proprietor of ACAVATS, chief Alex Ajipe, said the institute aimed to generate employment through an efficient work force.
He was represented by CEO ACAVATS, Mrs Mariam Ajipe.
On his part, the Rector of AVACATS, professor Olatunji Kadeba, said focus will be on information and technology.
Professor Kadeba, added that the areas of concern identified by the supervising officials will be worked upon without delay.
