Gov. Buni commends Nigerian troops’ efforts in battling Boko Haram
The Nigerian Airforce says it is looking for ways to ensure faster response to security threats from Boko haram insurgents in Borno and Yobe states.
Chief of Air staff, Air Marshal Sadiq Abubakar said the airforce will source facilities within the Yobe International cargo Airport in Damaturu.
Abubakar spoke during a visit to Yobe state governor, Mai Mala Buni.
In a remark, Governor Mala Buni commended the Nigerian Airforce for its efforts in providing security for the region.
The Yobe state governor urged the force not to relent in its efforts to purge the northeast region of criminality and insurgency.
