Sowore to re-appear in court tomorrow
A federal high court has adjourned the arraignment of the convener of the revolution now protest Omoyele Sowore to Febuary 13th
The trial judge justice Ijeoma Chukwu held that the attorney general of the federation took charge of the case in December 2019.
It took the prosecutor 7 weeks to decide whether or not to almond the charge.
Justice Chukwu stated that the prosecution has not served all the document he intends to use to pursue the case to the defendants
The prosecution will now pay two hundred thousand naira to the defendants
This is the first time Mr Sowore will be appearing in court after his release from detention
Mr Sowore said he is not enjoying freedom because his movement is restricted to Abuja.
