Taraba Govship Dispute: Supreme Court fixes judgment for today

The Supreme Court has fixed judgment for 2pm today in the governorship dispute in Taraba state between Darius Ishaku of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) and the All Progressives Congress (APC).

In the appeal, the APC is challenging the return of Ishaku for a second term in the last governorship election.

After taking arguments from lawyers to parties, a seven-man panel of the Supreme Court, led by Justice Olabode Rhodes-Vivour, said judgment will be delivered at 2pm on Wednesday.
