Buhari reiterates commitment to prioritize indigenes in infrastructural development

President Muhammadu Buhari says his administration will continue to prioritize the participation of indigenes in the development of infrastructure.

He spoke at the ground breaking ceremony of the University of Transportation in Daura, Katsina state.

President Buhari said the project is part of the economy recovery and growth plan in the country.

The university is the first of its kind in Sub-Saharan Africa.

It is expected to train Nigerians in the transportation sector.

The host, governor of Katsina state, Aminu Masari, pledged the state’s support for the execution of the project.
