RESOLUTION OF DEFUNCT AC/ACN AND INTERIM APC YOUTH LEADERS IN SOUTHWEST

The South West Youth leaders of the defunct AC/ACN and interim APC held our general meeting at Dave Hotels, Ado-Ekiti today 8th November 2023, thanking God Almighty for crowning the efforts of the foundation members of the APC by enthroning Asiwaju Bola Hamed Tinubu as the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

We further resolved as follows;

1)We congratulated the father of the nation, HE, Chief Abdulkareem Adebisi Akande(Baba awon omo kekeke) for being alive to witness the enthronement of a progressive leader as the President of Nigeria, after several attempts since the days of the late sage, Chief Obafemi Awolowo and also pleaded that he should not relent at ensuring cohesion within the rank and file of the leadership of the Southwest APC to have a solid ground for the success of the Party in the subsequent elections.

2)We congratulated the Zonal Chairman, and State Chairmen of the defunct AC/ACN and Interim APC for ensuring cohesion and outings that successfully snowballed into the success of our great Party, APC.

3)We also called for quick restructuring of the Progressive Party in the Southwest region to create a conducive platform for the founding members to be rewarded for their loyalty.

4)We called on Nigerians to be patient with the President, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, and assured all that the present hardship as a result of the removal of the fuel subsidy will soon become a thing of the past.

5). While congratulating the President on his victory at the Apex court on the disputes arising from the February 2023 Presidential election, we pleaded for the inclusion of more Southwest leaders in his government.

6)We appreciate the Executive Governor of Ekiti State, H:E. ‘Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji for the support given to our own High Chief Jide Awe, The Special Adviser, Political and Interparty, and Comr Yomi Oso as the Chairman of Ado North LCDA, requesting for more patronage of the AC/ACN Aboriginals, for also creating a peaceful environment for the success of the meeting and congratulated him on the giant strides recorded within One year in office.
