Nigeria’s ambassador to UK describes Queen Elizabeth II as instrument to independence
The Nigerian ambassador to the United Kingdom, ambassador Sarafa Ishola says late Queen Elizabeth II was instrumental to the independence and republican state of Nigeria as a nation.
The Ambassador was reacting to comments made about the late queen’s legacies of enslavement and colonialism.
His comments were made on TVC’s breakfast show today.
Meanwhile, the burial date for the late queen has been scheduled for September 19.
