FIFA ranking: Super Eagles drop three places in the world

The Super Eagles of Nigeria today dropped three places in the latest FIFA ranking released by the world football governing body.

Nigeria dropped from 42nd to 45th but remained Africa’s third best team.

Nigeria’s opponent in an international friendly this weekend, Senegal occupies the number one position while Tunisia is ranked 2nd in the continent.

Morocco, Dr Congo and Ghana occupy 4th, 5th, and 6th respectively while Mali is ranked 10th in Africa.
