Take first lady office seriously, Bisi Fayemi tells Oyebanji’s wife

The wife of the Ekiti State Governor Erelu Bisi Fayemi has called on the wife of the incoming Governor Dr. Olayemi Oyebanji to take the office of the first lady seriously with a view to making life better for the people especially women and children.

Erelu Fayemi made the call while handing over some documents in her office to Dr. Oyebanji at a ceremony in Ado the state capital.

Erelu Fayemi who described the office of the first Lady as Crucial to the implementation of good government of any administrations said that the incoming first Lady must be acquainted with the of the people of the State Plight.

The governor’s wife explained that people had often used the office of the first lady as a bridge between them and governor Saying all hands must be on deck to make the office work effectively.

Erelu Fayemi noted that some of the documents presented would be of benefit to the incoming first Lady.

Responding Mrs Oyebanji described the ceremony as historic with a promise to make the best use of the documents presented to her.
