Hong Kong activist, Joshua Wong, two others sentenced over police HQ siege
Three well known student activists in Hong Kong have been jailed for participating in a pro-democracy protest last year that was not authorized by the police.
Joshua Wong was sentenced for more than 13 months in prison while Agnes Chow and Ivan Lam will be imprisoned for 10 and seven months respectively.
A three pleaded guilty last week to charges related to a siege at a police headquarters.
The charges were logged before china imposed its national security law in the territory, under which they could have been jailed for life.
