Australia bushfires: Death toll rises
Australian authorities say a fourth person has died in a week of massive bushfires on the nation’s east coast.
The 58-year-old man’s body was found in Northern New South Wales days after a fire ripped through the region.
Crews are still battling over 120 fires in Queensland.
Report says, locals authorities in Western Australia have now been warned of extremely dangerous conditions.
Police had charged a 16-year-old boy with deliberately starting a damaging fire in the region.
A top US diplomat Bill Tailor has told impeachment hearings that president Trump directly asked about a Ukrainian investigation into his democratic rival Joe Biden.
In previously unheard testimony tailor said a member of his staff was told Mr Trump was preoccupied with pushing for a probe into Mr Biden.
He was speaking at the first public hearings in the impeachment inquiry in Washington.
Mr Trump is accused of withholding US military aid to Ukraine in order to pressure the country’s new president to publicly announce a corruption inquiry into Mr Biden.
