Adeleke dissolves Aregbesola’s OYES, launches Imole Youths Corps

Osun state governor Ademola Adeleke has sacked over 30 thousands people working under the scheme of Osun Youth Empowerment known as OYES.

This is contained in a statement made available to newsmen by the secretary to the state government Teslim Igbalaye in Osogbo the state capital.

According to the statement, the decision was taken to reposition youth empowerment programme in the state for effective functionality and sustainability

The statement hinted that the state government has created another scheme named Imole Youth Corps

It would be recalled that Osun Youth Empowerment Scheme (OYES) was an initiative of former governor Rauf Aregbesola in fulfilment of his electoral promise to the people of the state.
