Adeleke Rejects Tribunal Verdict, Heads To Appeal Court

Osun state governor Ademola Adeleke has rejected the outcome of the election petition tribunal.

Governor Adeleke in a statement issued by his spokesperson Rasheed Olawale described the judgement as a miscarriage of justice.

The Governor faulted the resolution of the over-voting in favour of former governor Gboyega Oyetola

He therefore vowed to appeal the judgement at the Court of Appeal, insisting he remains the rightful winner of the July 16 election
