Akeredolu presents staff of office to Alale of Idasen
Ondo state governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has presented instrument of appointment and staff of office to Oba Kokomo Oluwabamise Olotupa as the Alale of Idasen in Owo local government area of the state.
Akeredolu urged the new monarch to give leadership that will help take the town to great height and restrict himself to his domain.
The governor was represented by the commissioner for local government and chieftaincy affairs, Akinwunmi Sowore.
the governor said his administration will continue to remain impartial in selecting traditional rulers in the state.
chairman, owo local government, samuel adegbego said the selection of the new Alale was done in line with extant laws and due process.
Adegbegi asked the people to be mindful of their surroundings and report suspected faces and movement as the business of security is for all.
the Alale of idasen, oba kokumo olotupa said hes accession to the thrown will bring development and progress to the idasen kingdom.
