NAFDAC warns against social media impostors

The director-general of the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control, Professor Mojisola Adeyeye, has warned against using her social media accounts to ask for money in exchange for employment and other favours.

Adeyeye spoke at a press briefing held in Abuja.

The nafdac boss said the agency will never request gratification to carry out its mandate.

She said her social media account will no longer be in use until further notice as a result of this.

Professor Adeyeye asked the public to exercise due caution and report such activity to the EFCC or the Department of State Services.
