Bandits kill 2 persons, abduct 3 in Katsina attack
Makurdi, a community in Bakori local government area of Katsina state has been attacked by bandits.
The bandits killed two persons and abducted a woman and her two children in the attack.
A resident of the community told newsmen that the bandits started their operations in the community from the resident of Alhaji Magaji Mallaha Makurdi, a businessman who specializes in supplying farm products to companies.
He said they later killed him while shooting sporadically inside his compound, before they left with his wife, two children and phone.”
The bandits also killed a health worker identified as Zaharadini in the community.
The state police public relations officer Isah Gambo could not be reached as the time of this report.
