Ondo Assembly Reiterates Commitment To Sports Development

The Ondo State House of Assembly has reiterated it’s commitment in collaborating with the ministry of youths and sports development in achieving is set goals.

Chairman of the committee on youths sport development, Olugbenga Omole gave the assurance during a visit to the ministry.

Omole noted that their inspection visit is to look at challenges facing the ministry.

The committee chairman therefore urged the ministry to come up with ideas that will make the ministry relevant and also to generate more revenue for them.

Earlier, the Permanent Secretary of ministry of youths and sports development, Wemimo Ogusanmi reeled out some of their challenges to the committee.

Ogusanmi lauded the lawmakers and Governor Oluwarotimi akeredolu for their interest in making the welfare of ministry of youths and sports development their priority.
