No going back on border closure – NSA

The National Security Adviser, NSA major general Babagana Monguno says the ongoing joint taskforce operating across geopolitical zones will continue until the set objectives are achieved in the country.

The NSA comments are in response to questions about the duration of the closed border exercise which was supposed to last for twenty-eight days.

The exercise has led to the closure of some of the country’s borders

He noted that the exercise has yielded great result, adding that there is no definite time when the closure will be over.
