The presidential election petition tribunal is delivering its judgment in the petition brought by the People’s Democratic Party and its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar.

The PDP and its candidate are seeking to nullify the election of president Muhammadu Buhari in the February the 23rd poll.

Meanwhile, security was beefed up within the vicinity of the court of appeal, Abuja, as the presidential election petition tribunal delivers judgment.

In the meantime, the chairman of the tribunal, Justice Mohammed Garba has dismissed a preliminary objection filed by INEC to challenge the non-inclusion of vice president Yemi Osibanjo as a party to the petition.

In a unanimous decision, the tribunal held that the objection was not grounded in law.
