Manchester City lift Carabao cup

Manchester City have clinched their first title of the season by winning the English Carabao cup.

They defeated Chelsea on penalties 4 – 3 after a goalless 120 minutes.

Raheem Sterling scored the decisive spot-kick after Jorginho and David Luiz had missed for Chelsea.

Manchester City are still on course for a quadruple as they are in contention for the English League, in the quarter final of the FA cup and ahead heading into the second leg of their Champions League round of 16 tie.
