US calls for peaceful 2019 polls in Nigeria
The United States government has called for peaceful conduct of the election.
US Ambassador to Nigeria Stuart Symington said anyone found culpable of making hate speech and inciting comments will be sanctioned.
Symington cautioned youths not to allow themselves be used to perpetrate violence.
He was speaking to newsmen in Benue state on the need for a peaceful conduct of the election.
