Court orders arrest of ex-NIA Boss
A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has ordered the arrest of the Former Director General of the National Intelligence Agency (NIA) Ayodele Oke and his wife, Folashade.
This follows an application by the EFCC asking the court to issue a bench warning for their arrest.
The commission applied that it was finding it difficult to secure their attendance in court.
Ayodele Oke and his wife are facing a four-count charge bordering on money laundering.
