The Ondo state government has approved the appointment of Prince Sunday Adejinmola as the Alasue-elect of Apoiland In Ese-odo local government of the state.
The state commissioner for local government and chieftaincy affairs Lola Fagbemi disclosed this while briefing journalist today after the weekly state executive council meeting.
She said the appointment of Prince Adejinmola was approved by the Council after much deliberation.
The stool according to her had been vacant for 11 years.
The delay in the selection of the new monarch of the town was stalled due to series of litigations,which the commissioner noted were put to rest in 2016.
