Fountain Varsity To Graduate 284 Students
A total of 284 students will be graduating at the 7th Convocation ceremony of the Fountain university Osogbo, In Osun state on Sunday.
The Acting Vice-chancellor of the university, Professor Abdullateef Usman stated this while addressing journalists on the activities lined for the Convocation and the 10th anniversary of the institution in Osogbo, the state capital.
According to the Acting VC, 23 out of the 284 student are graduating with First Class honours,107 with second class honour , 128 with second class honour (lower division) while 26 have third class honour.
While speaking on the school achievement, Usman said ,the National University council NUC has accredited all the school courses.
He further said the Acting Chairman of Economic and Financial Crime Commission EFCC, Mr Ibrahim Magu is the guest lecturer with the theme” unity and solidarity Against corruption in Nigeria”.
The six days event will kick off with a quiz competition, Awareness trek, Novelty match and Indoor game, Jumat service, football match, and convocation lecture.
