Fayose Suspends Commissioner, 1 other

Ekiti State Governor, Mr. Ayo Fayose has suspended the state Commissioner for education,Babajide Egunjobi and Permanent Secretary Ministry of Education, Adekunbi Obaise.

The Special Assistant to the Governor on public Communications and new media Lere Olayinka in a telephone interview with our correspondent confirmed the suspension.

Olayinka noted that the two stakeholders in education sector were suspended for abandoned their duties.

He explained that the state Commissioner for Education and Permanent Secretary were expected to stay off work and remain at home for the period of three months .
