North Korea risks UN sanctions as it fires another missile across Japan

North Korea has fired a ballistic missile across Japan, its second of such move in weeks.

South Korea military said the missile reached an estimated altitude of about 770km and travelled 3,700km before landing in the sea off Hokkaido.

Prime minister of Japan, Shinzo Abe said his country would never tolerate such dangerous provocative action.

United States secretary of state Rex Tillers also condemned the launch which contravened United Nations sanctions.
