We always follow due process in promoting Police officers – Okiro

Chairman of the police service commission Mike Okiro says the commission always follow due process in the promotion of officers in the Nigeria Police.

Okiro made the remark while answering questions from newsmen in Abuja on the controversy surrounding the promotion of officers in the Nigeria Police.

He disclosed that special promotion was based on performance and achievement, adding that those officers consider for given special deserved it.
