Tinubu Calls for Local Production of Military Hardware to Boost Security

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has called for the local production of military hardware to boost Nigeria’s security.

He spoke at the graduation of Course 33 of the National Defence College in Abuja, where he was represented by Vice President Kashim Shettima.

The President praised the College for its research and urged government agencies to adopt its recommendations.

He said strong institutions are vital for national security, democracy, and economic growth.

Tinubu promised to complete the permanent site of the College and upgrade its facilities.

He urged the graduating officers to use their training to strengthen Nigeria and support his administration’s vision.
