PDP rejects postponement

The People’s Democratic Party has rejected the postponement of the general elections by INEC.

Its National Chairman, Prince Uche Secondus says the move is a deliberate and predetermined agenda of President Muhammadu Buhari to cling on to power.

He warns that the party will not accept anything short of a well-organised electoral process devoid of manipulation.

He also said that the APC in connivance with INEC had been trying all options to create artificial problems upon which to stand for the dubious act.

The PDP made this known in a statement by its national chairman’s media office.
