PDP describes gov. El-Rufai’s statement as Undemocratic

Spokesman of PDP Presidential Campaign Organization, says the statement made by governor Nasir El-Rufai as regards foreign interference in the coming election is rather unfortunate and does not hold well for the democracy.

Chidoka shared the view of his party during an interaction with newsmen in Abuja.

Chidoka stated that the choice of words by the governor was not democratic, unhealthy for the nation and divisive – which could incite violence among the citizens.

In his reaction, a member of APC Presidential Organisation Ibrahim Modibbo said governor El-Rufai’s statement was quoted out of context and misinterpreted.

Modibbo explained that the APC is a peaceful party that means well for the nation.
