Adamawa workers protest non payment of 6 months salaries
Some workers in Adamawa state are protesting the non payment of their salaries for 6 months.
The protest is represented by 5,000 workers employed between October 2018 and February 2019, who marched to the government house to convey their grievances.
The deputy governor, Mr Martins Babale received the protesters and promised that the state government will look into their complaints.
He said all is being done by the government to address their issues, emphasizing that those with general cases would be taken care of.
