Nigerians To Enjoy Free Train Ride During Yuletide

The federal government has declared free train rides for citizens from December 24, 2021 to January 4, 2022.

Managing director, Nigeria Railway Corporation, Fidet Okhiria, disclosed this in an interview on Friday in Abuja.

Okhiria said, the decision was made in collaboration with the ministry of transportation, to ease movement and the cost of transportation of citizens during the yuletide.

He advised passengers to ensure they obtain their tickets from appropriate quarters at no cost, to enable them gain access and enter the trains.
