TVC CEO Applauds Staff Unity, Celebrates Adaba FM’s Victory at 2025 TVC Games
Adaba FM has emerged overall champion of the 2025 TVC games after delivering an exceptional all-round performance that placed the station firmly at the top of the medals table.

Team Adaba clinched gold medals in the colour parade, E-sport soccer, and the 100-metre female event, demonstrating dominance in both creative and athletic competitions.
Adaba FM added silver medals in table tennis in both male and female categories, 100-metre male race, e-sport mortal kombat, and football.
The team also secured a bronze medal in the tug of war, capping a remarkable outing.
The Abuja team finished second overall, while TVC entertainment and the technical department settled for a joint third position after strong performances.
The General Manager of Adaba FM, Sir Martins Ayoola commended the athletes for their teamwork, discipline, and resilience.

Meanwhile, the Chief Executive Officer of TVC Communications, Mrs. Victoria Ajayi, has praised staff of the organisation for their unity and enthusiasm at this year’s TVC Games.
She said the event reflects the company’s strong commitment to staff welfare.
Ajayi, who spoke after the competition, said TVC Communications prides itself on creating a work environment that balances hard work with activities that help staff relax and bond.
While congratulating all the participating teams, the TVC boss gave special praise to Adaba FM, which finished overall first.

She said “in the office and so there’s always one thing to make staff bond, you know and bring out that humanity, that human side of them and not just about work all the time.
So it’s great to just see everybody in high spirits to be honest some even brought their kids, you know kids running around and it’s also towards the end of the year so it’s also a way of winding down you know for everyone.
So we’ll keep on doing this.
It’s not for us neither is it going to be our last so I’ll say kudos to everyone the organizing team, the games masters, the PCO Department that put all of this together they’ve done brilliantly well and for the teams that won today all the teams were wonderful but you see ADABA brought their A game on they were marvelous honestly for all the games you that seen them on the podium they’re not second, they’re third or first and for them.”
Ajayi urged staff to sustain the spirit of healthy competition and challenged other media houses to step up and compete with TVC in future editions.
