South Africa sacks pilot for flying 20 years with fake license
South African government has fired a South African airways pilot for flying with fake license for 20 years.
The airways reportedly discovered that William Chandler’s airline transport pilot license was forged.
This is coming after an investigation into an incident on a flight he piloted.
The incident involving a plane from Tambo international airport to Frankfurt, Germany, occurred in November.
Investigation revealed that chandler was the monitoring pilot on the trip and had the controls at the time of the incident.
