Sloppy Arsenal fall to Chelsea in Europa league final

Eden Hazard scored 2 goals and made another to help Chelsea thump London rivals Arsenal in Baku to win the Europa league.

The victory gave the Blue boss Muarizio Sarri the first major trophy of his managerial career and ensured that the Gunners will miss out on next season’s Champions league.

Former Arsenal striker, Olivier Giroud broke the deadlock when he met Emerson’s chipped cross with a powerful near-post header that zipped past Petr Cech.

Cech, could do nothing about Chelsea’s second goal either, with Pedro sweeping home a Hazard cross.

Soon after, Hazard made it 3-0 from the penalty spot, sending Cech the wrong way.

Again, Hazard quickly made sure of victory, when he played a one-two with Giroud and fired home Chelsea’s fourth goal.

Meanwhile, Maurizio Sarri has said he will speak to Chelsea about his future after leading them to the Europa league.

Sarri thinks he deserves to stay with the club.
