Sanusi advocates for girl-child education
The emir of Kano, Mohammed Sanusi has advocated girl-child education as a solution to poverty in the north east.
Sanusi said it is important that scarce resources are targeted at areas of priority.
The emir was speaking at a forum on sustainable development goal at the UN summit in New York.
