Rivers guber election: Court strikes out APC’s appeal over exclusion
The supreme court has dismissed the appeal filed by the All Progressives Congress (APC) over the exclusion of the party in the last governorship election in Rivers state.
The party is seeking a reverse on the judgement of a lower court which says APC lacks constitutional rights to participate in the election.
The apex court ruled that its judgement was based on the argument of counsels to both the APC and the PDP.
