President Ramaphosa announces new cabinet
South Africa’s president, Cyril Ramaphosa has announced his new cabinet members.
Ramaphosa says the executives comprised of ministers with a clear mandate to impair the nation’s economic growth.
He also announced the merger of same government ministries for what he called proper productivity.
Ramaphosa merged the ministry of trade and industry with economic department to be headed by minister Ebrahim Patel.
While making the announcement, Ramaphosa said all ministers will be closely monitored and action will be taken if activities are unsatisfactory.
