Physically challenged persons invade national assembly to demand their rights

Earlier today, physically challenged persons from the Niger-Delta area besieged the National Assembly complex in Abuja to protest what they call their neglect by their representatives in the federal legislature.

Reports say the physically challenged persons forced their way into the National Assembly complex despite resistance from security operatives.

Their spokesperson, Amos Etim, said they are from all the Niger-Delta states.

He added that they were being denied their rights despite being educated.
