Pastor E.A. Adeboye Hails President Tinubu for Rewarding Super Falcons

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, has applauded President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his generous recognition and reward to Nigeria’s Super Falcons.

Speaking during his Sunday sermon today at the RCCG Redemption Camp, Pastor Adeboye described the president’s gesture as a “golden touch of hope,” commending the move as uplifting and worthy of emulation.

According to him, the encouragement given to the team will go a long way in boosting the morale of young Nigerians striving for excellence, not only in sports but across all sectors of national life.

President Tinubu had earlier received the Super Falcons at the Presidential Villa, where he conferred on each player the national honour of Officer of the Order of the Niger (OON) and gifted them $100,000 each. Members of the technical crew received $50,000, and all team members were promised three-bedroom apartments in the Renewed Hope Housing Estate in Abuja.

Pastor Adeboye congratulated the Super Falcons on their achievement and urged the team to continue making the nation proud on the global stage.
