One trapped as 3-storey building collapses in Lagos

An uncompleted storey building has collapsed in Lagos.

The building collapsed this morning around Ago palace way.

The director general, Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, Oluwafemi Oke Osanyintolu confirmed the incident.

Meanwhile, LASEMA said the man said to have trapped under the rubble of a collapsed building at the Ago Palace Way axis of Lagos State has been rescued.

The man was saved by emergency officials following a rescue operation after the three-story building collapsed on Friday.

Shortly after he was rescued, the man was given a first aid treatment by medical officials present at the scene before he was taken to a hospital.
