Ondo police make arrests over Fasoranti daughter’s murder

The Ondo state police command has informed that it has made some arrests over the killing of Mrs Funke Olakunrin.

The 58-year-old is the daughter of an elder statesman, Pa Ruben Fashoranti.

However the identities of the suspects were not revealed by the police.

Spokeman, Femi Joseph said, policemen are still combing the forest to smoke out other suspects.

Mr Joseph added that the command will not relent until the perpetrators were apprehended and prosecuted.

Mrs Olakunrin was killed last Friday by some suspected highway armed bandits.
